Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping — 15–35 business days — $11.00 AUD

Free Standard Shipping (orders over $100) — 15–35 business days — Free

International Shipping

Standard International — 15–40 business days — $20.00 AUD

We currently ship to Australia and 27 international destinations including the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and select European and Asian countries.

Delivery Estimates All delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch. Aura Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
